These terms apply whenever you use coachhaider.com or register for a course through it. By registering or making a payment, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
coachhaider.com is operated by Coach Haider ("we," "us," "our"). These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada -- see "Governing law and jurisdiction" below.
2. What we offer
We provide live, Zoom-based Power BI training -- courses delivered through scheduled live sessions, some free and some paid. Some past sessions are made available afterward as recordings to eligible registrants (see "Recordings and replay access" below).
3. Registration
Registering for a course requires your name and email address, plus any additional details that specific course's registration form asks for. You're responsible for providing accurate information -- confirmation emails, join links, and payment receipts all go to the email address you register with.
If a course reaches capacity, you may be placed on a waitlist and offered a spot if one opens up.
4. Payment and pricing
Paid courses are priced in CAD. Some courses offer time-windowed pricing (for example, an early-bird rate that increases closer to the event) -- the price shown at the time you register is the price that applies to your registration.
Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your registration for a paid course is confirmed once payment succeeds.
5. Cancellations and refunds -- by you
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason, including non-attendance, dissatisfaction with the session, or a change of mind, once a paid registration is confirmed. Please make sure you can attend before registering for a paid course.

6. Changes and cancellations -- by us
We'll do our best to run every scheduled course as planned, but we may need to reschedule or cancel one -- for example, due to low enrollment or an emergency. If we cancel a course you paid for and don't reschedule it, you'll receive a full refund for that registration. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.
7. Recordings and replay access
Once a course has concluded, a recording may be made available to registrants who are eligible for it. For a free course, any registrant whose registration wasn't cancelled is eligible. For a paid course, only registrants with a confirmed, paid registration are eligible -- being waitlisted or having an unpaid registration doesn't grant access to the recording.
Watching a recording requires creating a free account using the same email address you registered with.
8. Your account
If you create an account to watch a recording, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know at info@coachhaider.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
9. Intellectual property
Everything that makes up this website and our training -- including but not limited to the site's design, layout, and visual theme; the Coach Haider name and logo; the text, structure, and code of the website itself; every blog post; all course materials and curriculum; every live course session; and every video recording -- is owned by Coach Haider (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Registering for a course or creating an account gives you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to attend that session and, where eligible, view its recording for your own learning. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- record, download, screen-capture, copy, or store any live session or recording beyond what the platform itself provides for your account;
- redistribute, resell, publicly perform, broadcast, or share any course material, blog content, course content, or recording, in whole or in part;
- reproduce, copy, scrape, or create derivative works from the site's design, theme, layout, or content;
- use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship that doesn't exist; or
- frame, mirror, or republish any part of this website on another site or platform.
10. Trademarks
"Coach Haider" and any associated logos or branding used on this site are trademarks of Coach Haider. They may not be used, copied, or imitated without our prior written consent, whether or not in connection with a competing or unrelated product or service.
11. Acceptable use
When attending a live session or interacting with us, please don't do anything unlawful, abusive, or disruptive to other participants. We may remove a participant from a live session or restrict or terminate access to an account or recording if this isn't followed, without a refund.
12. No professional guarantee
Our training is educational. We don't guarantee any specific outcome (such as a job offer, promotion, or certification result) from attending a course.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
This website and our courses are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the site or a live session will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Technical issues (yours, ours, or a third-party platform's, such as Zoom) may occasionally affect a live session; to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for those disruptions beyond what's stated in "Limitation of liability" below.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of our courses or this website, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any and all claims relating to a paid course is limited to the amount you actually paid for that specific registration.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Coach Haider, its owner, and anyone working on our behalf harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
17. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in full effect.
18. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website and our courses, and replace any earlier agreement on the same subject.
19. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or register for a course after a change means you accept the updated terms.
