This policy explains what personal information coachhaider.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only.
Information we collect
We only collect what you give us directly, through one of these:
- Contact form — your name, email address, subject, and message.
- Webinar registration — your name and email address, plus any additional details that specific webinar asks for (for example, contact number, profession, or experience level — this varies by event).
- Payment for a paid webinar — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep a record that a payment was made, not how it was paid.
- Student account (for webinar recordings) — your name, email address, and password. Your password is never stored in readable form.
- Testimonial submissions — your name, email address, quote, rating, and optionally your job title, company, and a photo. Your email is never shown publicly — it's kept only so we can follow up if needed. Everything else you submit is only shown publicly if we approve it, and you explicitly consent to that before submitting.
We don't run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't collect anything about you just from browsing it.
How we use it
- To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
- To register you for a webinar, send confirmation and reminder emails, and process payment if the webinar is paid.
- To let you sign in and view webinar recordings you're eligible for.
- To review and, if approved, publish testimonials on this site.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payment for paid webinars.
- Our email and file-storage providers, solely to send you emails (confirmations, replies, payment links) and to host any photo you upload with a testimonial.
- Our hosting provider, which may log standard technical information (like IP addresses) for security purposes, as most websites do.
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone else.
Cookies
We use a session cookie when you sign in to a student account, solely to keep you signed in — nothing else is stored in it. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages, webinar registrations, and testimonial submissions indefinitely as our business record, unless you ask us to delete them (see below). If a testimonial submission is reviewed and not approved, it's kept privately and never shown publicly.
Your choices
You can ask us to see what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time — email info@coachhaider.com and we'll act on it. If your testimonial is already published and you'd like it removed, the same email works.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
